05/01/2024 - East Bradford Township - 10:45 AM the WCFD along with Good Fellowship Ambulance & EMS Training Institute, West Whiteland Fire Company, West Bradford Fire Co. and West Chester Borough Police Department were dispatched to the 700 block of Apricot Lane, East Bradford Township for a reported house fire. Crew located a problem with the homes HVAC system and the response was held to West Chester Units.

05/01/2024 - West Goshen Township - WCFD along with Good Fellowship Ambulance & EMS Training Institute and assist companies were dispatched to the 700 block of East Marshall Street, West Goshen Township for a smoke inside the building. Crews arrived and confirmed a cooking mishap holding the assignment to WCFD.

05/01/2024 - Easttown Township- At 5:36 PM Air 52 was dispatched to assist Station 2 (Berwyn Fire Company) on a Working House Fire. Air 52 operated on the 2nd and 3rd floors conducting fire attack and overhaul. Air 52 also filled air cylinders for units on scene. Air 52 operated on scene for approximately 3 hours before being released by command.

05/04/2024 - West Chester Borough - Earlier this afternoon the WCFD was dispatched for a bus fire in the 300 block of East Marshall Street, West Chester Borough. This evening the WCFD was dispatched to a carbon monoxide incident in the 300 block of East Barnard Street, West Chester Borough. One person was checked by Good Fellowship Ambulance and released. The department also assisted Goshen Fire Company on two separate house fires in their district today.

05/24/2024 - Kennett Township- Shortly after 9pm, First West Chester Fire Co., Engine Co. 51 and Good Will Fire Company #2 of West Chester were dispatched to assist Longwood Fire Company on a Working House Fire. Air 52 and Engine 51-2 responded and assisted with fire attack as well as overhaul operations. Air 52 also filled multiple air cylinders for units operating on scene.
