In the early morning hours of Monday, June 20, Stations 51 (First West Chester), 53 (Fame), and 55 (Good Fellowship) were dispatched to Allegiance Drive for the reported house fire. Upon arrival of police units the report was made of fire through the roof and the assignment was upgraded to a working fire bringing Stations 52, 39 (West Bradford), 25 (Longwood), and 91 (Chester County Hospital Medic). Upon the arrival of Ladder 53 and Engine 51-1 master streams were put into operations, knocking down the bulk of the fire in about a half hour. Engine 52-2, Air 52, and Squad 52 all responded from Good Will to the scene. Units remained onscene for about 3 hours and then cleared back to West Chester. Thanks to West Whiteland and Lionville Fire Companies for standing-by while we were at the fire.
