| At around 3 o'clock on Monday, September 6th, Labor Day, firefighter from station 52 gathered at the new Chestnut Street parking garage to do handline and standpipe training. Members were educated on how to deploy hoses for car fires on the top floor and other floors of the garage by Assistant Chief Haring, Lieutenant Good, and Lieutenant DiNunzio. Before deploying handlines the firefighters walked the building and learned about the standpipe and elevator room locations. After the training was over the members gathered at the station for a barbeque. |
