| 01/23/2026 - Thornbury Township PA - The WCFD, GFAC and mutual aid companies were dispatched to the 500 block of Deer Pointe Road, Thornbury Township, for a reported house fire. Crews arrived on-scene confirming a house fire with smoke and fire visible. Crews began to attack the fire from inside the home but were quickly evacuated. Fire attack began from the outside of the home and continued until the bulk of fire was controlled and crews could re-enter the inside to extinguish all active fire. There were no reported injuries and all units cleared at 9:15 PM. The fire is under investigation by the Chester County Department of Emergency Services Fire Marshal. |
