Station 52 responded to 47 calls for service in July.

On 7/7/21 Station 52 was dispatched for Air 52 to assist Delco Station 59 (Concordville Fire & Protective Association) on a Working House Fire. Air 52 (FF M. Pearce) responded at dispatch with a crew of 4. Air 52 arrived and set up to fill cylinders while Air 52's crew went to man power. Air 52 operated on scene for a short time before clearing.

On 7/10/21 The WCFD was dispatched to the 100 block of East Chestnut Street for an odor of gas inside. After searching the property and the adjacent building, the source of the problem was located.

On 7/13/21 Station 52 was dispatched to the intersection of Westtown Road and East Union Street to assist Good Fellowshipp Ambulance with an accident. Engine 52-1(Capt P. Widmayer) was clearing another call and responded along with Engine 52-2 (FF A. Smiley) Crews arrived and assisted with fluid control and clearing debirs.

On 7/16/21 The WCFD along with Good Fellowship Ambulance & EMS Training Institute, Goshen Fire Company (Tower 54) and the West Whiteland Fire Company were alerted for a building fire in the 500 block of East Gay Street.Fire was located and contained to the stove area of the restaurant. Engine 52-2 arrived as the second due engine. The fire was quickly placed under control

Later on in the day Station 52 was alerted to Rt. 202 between S. Matlack St and Westtown Rd. for the reported Car Fire. Arriving units found a small fire on a trailer. The fire was quickly contained.

On 7/17/21 Station 52 along with the WCFD welcomed home FF Marcus Pearce who was injured while at work. Take it easy FF Pearce, we are looking forward to seeing you operating at calls soon!

On 7/19/21 The WCFD was alerted to an electrical fire in the 1000 block of Mansion View Drive, Birmingham Township. Engine 52-2 (Lt C. Simpkins) arrived as the First Due Engine and found a problem with the pool pump. Units cleared without incident.

Later in the evening Station 52 traveled to the West Chester Fire Dept. Training Center to practice tanker operations.

On 7/20/21 Station 52 was alerted to the 800 block of West Chester Pike to clear Debris out of the roadway.

On 7/23/21 The WCFD along with Good Fellowship Ambulance & EMS Training Institute and the Goshen Fire Company (RIT) were dispatched to the 800 block of South New Street, West Goshen Township for a possible house fire. Units arrived on location with a smoke condition in the area. After investigating it was confirmed no houses were on fire. The source of the smoke was unfounded at this time. Area residents advised there were fireworks being set off on the area prior to fire department arrival.

On 7/26/21 Station 52 traveled to the WCFD Training Center to conduct a Live Burn and practice Water Can operations.
