On Sunday at approximately 11:20 AM the Building Fire Response was dispatched to the 200 Block of Brecknock Terrace in West Whiteland Township. Units arrived and confirmed a working fire and had fire on the first and second floor as well as fire in the attic. At 11:34 AM Station 52 was alerted for Air 52 to respond to the Working Fire. Within minutes Air 52 (FF A. Smiley) and Asst. 52 responded. Air 52 arrived and sent their crew to the scene. The crew of Air 52 assisted Station 51 (First West Chester Fire Co.) with RIT and then assisted with overhaul. The crew operated on scene for around an hour before returning to station.
