On Monday, at approximately 23:29 at night the WCFD and GFAC where dispatched to 2 E. Rosedale Ave for the Building fire Called in by WCU PD. Assistants 51, 53 went Responding followed by Chief 52, and where given the report of smoke in the kiln room. Asst. 53 arrived with nothing showing and found a light smoke condition inside the building. Shortly after Engine 51-2 went Responding followed by Engine 52-2 (Capt. Dimeo), Engine 51-1, Ladder 53. Engine 51-2 arrived a the First Due Engine, and went inside investigate pulling 1 3/4" hose line. Engine 52-2 arrived acting as the 2nd due engine staging for a reverse lay to the hydrant, and sent there crew to the roof to investigate something burning. Ladder 53 arrived putting the ladder to the roof and assisting Engine 52-2's Crew. A 2nd 1 3/4" hose line was pulled to the roof, to extinguish a small fire with minor extension into the building. Air 52 (Lt. S Boyajian), and Engine 52-1 (FF. S Cottrell) also made the response.
