First Due Auto Fire With Exposures

On Friday, July 7, 15:57 hours, Stations 52, 53, Ambulance 55, and Medic 91 were dispatched to the 200 block of South Walnut Street for the accident reported serious. Engine 52-1 (FF Smiley Jr.), Rescue 53 (Fame Fire Co. No. 3), Chief 53, Ambulance 55 (Good Fellowship Ambulance & EMS Training Institute), and Medic 91 all marked up as West Chester Borough Police Department officers were arriving reporting no one in the vehicle and an engine compartment well off, with exposures to another vehicle and a house. Engine 52-1 arrived and the crew placed the bumper line inservice, quickly extinguishing all fire. Photo credit to the original photographers.
